Life seems to be constant suffering sometimes. We can sugarcoat this all we want but sometimes if we have to just say: 'I am absolutely drained, fed up and worn out. I can't take anymore.' So many people struggle with their confidence. Am I good enough? Do I know what I'm even talking about? What if I mess up? Does this sound familiar? In so many cases, a lot of confidence issues come down to this: 'What will people think of me?' Hyper-responsibility and OCD anxiety

Sometimes OCD can have it roots in hyper-responsibility for events that happen. So much of the fear around the uncertainty of OCD anxiety is tied up between guilt and feeling responsible if something goes wrong. Mistakes are not what they seem…

It can be very hard not to beat ourselves up for making mistakes sometimes. It can feel awful! If we make a mistake, sometimes it can feel like the end of the world - I always used to be very hard on myself if I made a mistake which I felt I shouldn't have. The basics of meditation

The key to meditation if you are a beginner is to simply be aware and to observe your thoughts. It may be challenging at the start when you being to meditate because you may feel as though your thoughts are racing the more you try to prevent them from coming in. The pandemic has literally turned our lives upside down. 2021 has been a year of constant change, upheavals and flux and I have never been happier to leave a year behind me! We've all been there. We close our eyes for a few minutes to try and still the mind only to find ourselves being bombarded with every thought under the sun from wondering what to have for tea to something you said to someone a decade ago that still makes you cringe.
